The decision item in the Checklist and the Decision section are not connected. If a decision is marked in the checklist it is not reflected in the Decision section and visa versa. This effects the status applicants. Lists of applicants with decisions will be incorrect because some application still show it a application complete instead of decision. This also happens when a checklist item is waived and when the contract is submitted.
