Looking at status' and making lists based on who has submitted their contracts and paid their fee can not be done in Enrollment management. There are no field for showing processed contracts and their status does not change to "Contract" or Enrolled automatically. Pulling that information consistently and accurately is not possible and even the pre installed reports get confused about who is at what stage in the process bc of status .
How is your checklist set up? We still have to mark a candidate as "Accepted" in the "Decision" area, but otherwise, everything rolls over fine. We also use the Contract Lists for these kinds of things.
