Currently when a contract is submitted (pending the deposit) and the family decides to not return, the contract stays in the dashboard list of contracts pending deposits and is marked as "withdrawn".

The contract should either be automatically removed from the contract list on the dashboard or have a button/option to acknowledge and remove it.
