More Options When Processing Inquiry when the Parent Already Exists

When processing an inquiry for a candidate where their parent already exists in the database (another sibling attends school). The only options for the parents are Update - which replaces all information or Do Not Create Account. The Update should allow you to select which information you want to update or none, so that the relationship link is added between the candidate and the parent. I don't want to update all information because often they don't use the proper punctuation in their address or they omit a middle name on this inquiry, etc. If I select the Do Not Create Account, it doesn't update the information, which is what I want, but it does not create the relationship link between the existing parent and the new candidate, which is necessary.

I don't know if this helps or not, but if you're updating a person who exists in the database and the form does not include information that exists in the person's database record, the existing record will not be overwritten with blank data.

In other words, if I have an inquiry with a parent named John Smith (middle name and suffix blank) and I overwrite John Harold Smith Jr., the remaining record will still list John Harold Smith Jr. as the parent's name and won't revert it solely to John Smith.

I agree on addresses and it would be nice to be able to use Edit User Information to edit more than just the user's name and email address to fix things like this (especially when the only options are a mismatched address or one with a typo).
