We assign a Student Checklist in Enrollment Management when a parent indicates they would like to withdraw. They can see the checklist and the items that need to be completed until we withdraw them and they go from a Student to a Past Student. I would like for the Parent to be able to continue to see the items that need to be completed before we send their final transcript. We don't want to keep them as a Student because it often takes them a while to complete these required steps and that would affect other elements and systems.
