Re-implement rising grade to the 'Recently Accessed'/'Recently Added' dashboards on the Enrollment Management home page.

Rising grade used to be visible on the Enrollment Management Home Page by candidates listed in the 'Recently Accessed'/'Recently Added' dashboards. With the latest update, the rising grade disappeared. We would love for Blackbaud to add this back to the home page.
