Include Sender Information with Online Transcript Requests

With the new Online Transcript Request via the Checklist, the recipient of the request's information should be included when viewing the file/information sent in Enrollment Management. There is not a way to view the email of the school admin who completed the request/sent the transcript.


For validation purposes, it should include recipient information, including the email and timestamp information.
