Have set fields for Education Information on Contact Card

When completing an application, schools are populated into the Education section of the Contact Card in ascending to descending order by grad year despite how it is entered on the application form.

When users are completing a second/multiple applications, this may cause the schools to be pre-populated in the incorrect fields, if School 1,2,3 etc. fields are custom labeled with text (High School, College, Post Grad etc.). When processing the application, this can incorrectly alter/mix up the user's Education information.

Having set fields/correcting the way the Application populates the Education data into the Contact Card and Application can avoid many manual edits.

A suggestion, Stop sorting the data entered. Save and display in the same sequence as on the app or as modified by the customer online.

The process of saving and repopulating the education fields on the application needs to be revisited. Using year as a sequence value does not allow for consistent display and use. There needs to be a way on the application to control the sequence of the education values as they are displayed on the application and on the screen.

Also the users can enter additional items on the screen that are not available in the application, i.e. major and field of study.

The use of a label such as 'High School' is a KEY usability point for schools.

The current state of the system requires frequent updates to the education values. No one gets a JD or MBA from their high school.
