When Enrollment Management receives/uploads documents that they feel are relevant to Academics once a student is enrolled they should have the option upon uploading to make it viewable to a student's profile in Academics. for example - teacher recommendations or IEP paperwork, student accommodations and testing etc... From my understanding this information does not "rollover" once a student is enrolled and no longer a candidate.
Times are changing. There has been an increase in the number of learning plan and behavioral diagnostic documents parents submit at the admissions process than ever before, and it's only increasing. Those documents are needed by teachers and deans to make a learning plan. Parents don't like having to submit these documents over and over, they lose them, or they feel that the school doesn't care about the student. We have to know about learning accommodations as soon as we can to submit to the College Board. We just did our PSAT last week. It would be helpful if Share to Core were a little more detailed.
Blackbaud started down this road with the 'Share to Core profile' toggle within Admissions Setup > Files & Forms. However, this places the files for all candidates into Core, not just those that were accepted/enrolled. Also, navigating to Files & Forms is not currently available within Academics. So, either you need to access via Core OR a Student Directory > Contact Card > Progress > Files.
Agreed - this would be a super helpful feature!
Exactly!!!!
This would be extremely helpful as many of my end users on the Academics side do not have access to enrollment management.
