Files & Forms - Respect Entering Year

As an admissions manager I would like for the Files & Forms to respect the entering year in place on the Candidate Record.

Currently, if a student is re-applied (originally applied for 2024-2025 and then re-applied for 2025-2026) there are some files & forms such as miscellaneous files that are shared between the entering years.

If you are looking at the 2025-2026 admissions year then the system should only display the files associated with the 2025-2025 entering year.

    Our school suffers from this issue as well. We make all families re-apply and resubmit all paperwork again per policy. It is difficult to navigate "years" of files and forms, especially when the year or even date submitted is not viewable.

    It would be great if you could toggle between academic years of a student's record and view 2023-2024 files versus 2024-2025 and so on.
