Checklist needs additional Contract Type Option

Please add another Contract Type in the checklist so that we can set up for a Status to be "Contract Declined" rather than it remaining "Contract Offered", when a candidate declines our offer. Currently there are only two "Contract Types" allowed to be used in a checklist step and we have used them for Contract Offered & Contract Received.

With the new enrollment management dashboard, if a Candidate declines our offer of Admissions, they remain in the "Contract Offered" status, which makes the statistics look like we still have potential contracts coming in. This is very confusing, especially to people that have Enrollment Management roles, but do not work in Admissions.

    Hi Josceline -

    The Contract type can only be used once per checklist.

    Based on the screenshot you attached you could create another status, milestone and step of Contract Declined.

    When you would mark the the Contract Declined step as completed the Candidate would get the Contract Declined status and this would be a new category on your Candidate progress chart.
