Please add BBID logins as an option for returning families when they re-enroll from the Integrated Contract.

Since parent BBIDs are required, many families have already linked their BBID and are trying to use it when enrolling on the integrated contract and have encountered issues- we are basically unable to use Integrated Contracts because we would otherwise have to detach families' BBID in Tuition Management and likely perform a password reset.
