Conditional Logic for Family Fee on Contracts

Please add conditional logic where a fee could be assigned to a contract template, and the fee would only generate for the oldest or youngest sibling in the family. Currently, there is no way to display family fees on enrollment contracts without manual work. Either by having different contracts for siblings or individually removing the fee from sibling contracts one by one.

    It would be great if the family fee could generate for the first contract turned in by a family, and then it would be removed from any subsequent contracts. That way, if a family for some reason decides to enroll one sibling and not the other, they would still be accurately assessed the fee. This would be similar to how the administrative fee is only charged once per family.
