If Contract Publish Date is left blank, contract should not be visible to parent

Support has told us that if we do not add a publish date in our contract (as we are working on them), the contract will automatically be visible.

Having an option for a publish date, one would assume if no dates are added the contract would NOT be visible.

Unfortunately, you have to generate the contract before making any changes to things like special consideration text, different deposits, or tuition amounts and the contract has to be "active" to in order to assign and generate.

This is super frustrating. We have a ton of contracts and to add future dates and then go back and change them all really seems counterproductive.

Hi Josceline - A contract does not have to be active for you to add and generate it for a student or candidate. However, if there is no publish date and it is active, the parent will be able to see it if they are logged in.
