Recently I worked with a school who needed to collect an opt in or opt out for an insurance. In this situation we used the Not Returning Block Setting, and relabeled it "Would you like Insurance " yes or no. However, when we look at the printed contract, the contract reads "Student is Returning, Student is not Returning" . The ask here is , if we can relabel what the payer see when completing the contract, can we also make the printed contract match?
