When families select "enrolling", they get a green banner and check and they think their child is enrolled--despite our clear language that it's a two step process and they need to click the link in the yellow banner that says "you have: 1 contract to review." Please create a process in which after a family selects "enroll" they are taken directly to the contract to complete, with wording indicating that their child is not enrolled until the contract has been submitted.
