If the 'not returning' checkbox is selected on a contract, but a date is not entered, the candidate is not included in a contracts list with the 'not returning = yes' filter on. They are only included if there is also a date in the 'not returning confirmed date'.

Please either allow the 'not returning' checkbox to dictate the status OR require the date if the checkbox is selected.
