Move the Add Another User Emergency Contact Phone

On the Emergency Contact form, there is a button for Adding Another User. This is essential since we need parents to list multiple emergency contacts. However, the button appears in the middle of the fields, instead of at the end, after all emerg contact fields have been filled in. It is very confusing being in the middle. Why is this? Can this be placed at the end, so a parent will understand that they have finished entering all information for their first emergency contact and can not move on to providing the information for the second emerg contact.

    The entire Emergency Contact form interface needs to be revamped. There are multiple Ideas that have been submitted here going years back, but no updates from Blackbaud. In this day and age, it's difficult to fathom how Blackbaud has not prioritized this.

    • It is not intuitive and Blackbaud does not provide instructions

    • It requires that families complete SEPARATE forms for EACH CHILD instead of being able to do this once and share among siblings if needed

    • It should allow families to enter an emergency contact NAME and then add phone and/or email, not require that the name is typed separately for phone and for email

    • In an emergency, it doesn't really matter what phone type a number is... we just need to reach the contact
