We have tried going to Commination tab > Official notes > Note Types > Edit note type > Access. checking the box for Admissions Staff, but this goes to anyone who has the role "Admissions Staff" Which is much too broad as we have over 100 admissions staff. We want it to go to the assigned admissions staff on the candidate record who is being contacted via official note.
