When a candidate is reapplied to next school year the internal notes doesn't rollover to the next admission year. Please change the settings similar to official notes, so that internal notes can stay even when a candidate is re-applied to new admission year.

Currently if we reapply a candidate, the old internal notes are not rolling over to the new school year. It should be rolled over similar to official notes. What is the point of internal notes if the history doesn't rollover to the new admission cycle. We want to view internal notes history without having to go back and forth between the admission year.
