In idea https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12OR-I-734 a few years ago, Blackbaud changed the functionality of reminders to no longer send to Past Students. I am asking if this can be extended to Past Candidates as well. We assign checklists and forms to incoming students, and when they withdraw before the school year starts they are withdrawn to Past Candidate, which means they still receive reminder emails.
