Candidate List - inquiry date submitted format

Hi all, would love to see the format on the 'inquiry date submitted' be an actual date format instead of text. It would help a lot when exporting to excel / sorting.

    Please ensure that the date format for started Event Management forms matches the format used for “Application Date Processed” and “Application Date Submitted” in candidate lists. Consistent formatting across these areas will improve clarity and make it easier to track and compare form activity.
