Require parents to input banking information twice to ensure banking data is input correctly.

On the enrollment contract, it would be helpful to have parents input both routing number and account number twice to ensure that the data is input correctly. Every year we have mistyped banking info during enrollment, only for the typo and subsequent payment failure happening 5 months later when the school year starts. Parents are confused as to why the auto pay did not work when it just auto deducted the month prior, not realizing that the start of the new school year's payment data is tied to a contract they signed months earlier.

It would also be helpful to allow a parent to select the bank account on the deposit screen instead of having them input it again.

Asking a parent to input twice right in a row is a reasonable ask to ensure proper data input, however asking for the info at the end of the contract and to re-input everything again for the deposit really agitates some of our parents.

    Agreed. Additionally, it would be great for families who enter incorrect routing/account information to receive an email notification via BBMS like we are able to set up for our BBMS admins (we use non-integrated contracts, imagine it would be slightly different for integrated contracts).
