Currently, when one uses the [Visit Day of Week], [Visit Date] , [Visit Time] placeholders the system, the next upcoming visit date gets pulled for a candidate/family. We have several different types of visits (e.g. student visits, tours, open houses, testing appointments, etc.) and sometimes we want to send a reminder out for an event that isn't the next upcoming date and in such cases, we have to send these official notes/reminders manually and sometimes run into issues where someone is incorrectly sent the wrong date because the system automatically pulls the next upcoming date rather than the visit type we are hoping to send it out for.

It would be great if there was a way for us to filter specific visit types so that the dates that populate for them are specific to that visit type (i.e. if I have a student visit type and even if there is a tour date next, only the student visit date will populate rather than the next event date popping up by accident).

Would LOVE for this to be something Official Notes can handle.
