Changing the Candidate Decision option wreaks havoc with any saved candidates lists or reports that are filtered to a candidate decision. However, since the button that is tied to each decision is both the text that appears on the button and the decision that is recorded in the database, we are not able to change the decision button text without messing up all of our saved filters. Please change it so that the text of the button itself is a simple text field that can display something different than the actual Candidate Decision.
