Decision Text needs to be editable
The old Decision Text area is nowhere to be seen, unless I'm missing something. However, the Decision tab is still visible to our parents, and the information on that tab (when there is not an active decision) is still from the old Decision Text area. Please bring back the ability to edit the Decision Text that is visible when a decision type is not active.

@stephen - if you click "Contact Card" or "Official Notes" it brings back the Decisions tab
@Stephen - I have been arguing back and forth with support but the other issue is that a mail merge is now required. We don't use mail merges. We only use the comment area as decision text. We are sending decisions soon so can this be looked at?
Additionally.. why did this go live during the most active part of the admissions season?! Yesterday prospective parents saw a decision tab that included information on when and how they would see their decision. Today they don't. This will likely confuse, if not alarm, some.
@Stephen. This is kind of buggy. On the landing page, the decision tab is gone, but if the user clicks on Official Notes or Contact Card, the Decision tab and text come back.
Old decision tab is not supposed to show. This has been corrected.
