When you need to bulk complete an item it only gives you an option to select complete. I would like to select "waive" sometimes because it's not required for that grade level and can waive them all at once. If I select complete it gives a checkmark on the checklist and the parents think they submitted something they didn't. I'd rather we can select waive and then the checklist would show waived.
