If an appt is scheduled in a slot but you have to change the time, make it so if you change the time of the original it does not create a new appt time. Move the appt scheduled in that slot to the new time. Changing or moving a scheduled appt slot should not automatically create a new slot. Have a choice whether you are creating a new slot or just adjusting it.
