There is a place to mark a student as "not returning" in the contract and for candidates they can "decline" their admittance, but if they were issued a contract, the contract status will remain either "none" or "saved."

Please add a contract status of "declined" when the student is marked as not returning or they declined their admittance.

This would help when we are looking for outstanding contracts, but still need to see the bigger picture of how many contracts were released, how many declined, etc.
