When setting up the online transcript request checklist step, there should be the ability to specify a reply-to address so that any replies from request recipients are actually seen by the school. Currently, when a registrar/request recipient replies to the transcript request, the reply-to email is [school]@schoolnotifications.org. This is both different from the sender email ([school]@myschoolapp.com) and an invalid address, resulting in an email bounce.

The reply-to address can be specified on teacher recommendation request notifications and the same functionality should exist for transcript requests.
