When the following questions are marked "No" on the application form, it would be helpful if the corresponding contact card relationships listed below are not automatically checked in the contact card. If needed, we can always manually check them later. Leaving them unchecked initially would help prevent a parent/guardian from being automatically included on contract forms or granted parental access when that may not be appropriate.
