We as an admissions office are constantly sending out letters that need a signature is there anyway you can place this on someone's desk that can make this change for the future?

Signature in decision letter Merged

I would like to be able to add Jpeg image's for the purpose of a signature in the Communication Templates. While the system allows me to add the image when editing the template, the image does not appear in the pdf or word document.
