Ability to update/add onBoard Official Notes once candidate becomes student Merged

We are looking to be able to add information to the candidate's record after they've been moved to the Student role.

    I agree with this. Once a candidate is enrolled, we still need to be able to contact them (or their parents) via onBoard Official Notes.
