FYI: the deposit amount DOES NOT show on the Fee Schedule block, when the contract is being filled out online. It does show in the same section on the printable version. So while this request was implemented, the logical next step of having it show before the deposit section was not. Hope this gets rectified soon.
Not sure why this doesn't print, but had we known, we would have noted elsewhere that the deposit is non-refundable. All of the pages in the document should print.
We have text on the deposit page stating that it is non-refundable. This is a very important issue for us, the deposit page should be considered part of the contract.
Totally agree! There is a field "Deposit Amount Due" on the edit contract window which is populated but the field is not in the data base for access by lists. It is shown on the contract export report but that report does not show financial aid
