I apologize for the frustration, if a school is including the Test block on applications to collect test information, then the test date is required in order to save. Unfortunately, uncoupling the two fields for saving is a bigger project than a simple fix. 

This is a really silly decision on behalf of the development team-- not sure why they feel as though schools can't decide whether or not to require a response to testing.

I second this request, and would like to take it a step further and remove the required testing, period. Not all schools require testing. This is a major issue for our every day operation. Our students are not able to complete the application because of this required field. We cannot wait for an enhancement in months or even years from now. We need a fix ASAP.
