You can now bulk print contracts by navigating to Enrollment Management>Enrollment>contracts>manage contract forms.  Beside each contract type, you will see a printer button. If you click this, you can select a date range if you like, or print them all.

This will not work for NCS. Any chance BB is working on the type of export I described below? InfoSnap had that capability 8 years ago, so it’s not new tech.

Hi All, the ability to bulk print contracts is live! 

Absolutely agree that there needs to be a bulk print options for contracts. Very time consuming to have to do this individually.

Apparently this should be flagged as planned and is supposed to be in June release.

I'd like to bump this idea! It is still a necessity for our school. thanks

We must produced printed contracts for our Pre-Primary division for the state inspector every year.  While we can send the request to the Admissions department to print the individual ones, we have previously created PDF versions for the Director and she was able to pull up the ones in questions without requesting outside assistance.  The state inspector does not give warning prior to arriving and not having the answer at her fingertips is stressful to the Director.  It would be nice to provide a PDF version for her.

This capability should be a given.  Very time consuming to print one at a time.  Please "enhance".

I agree with Oren.  It seems this function should exist.  If it doesn't, please add it so that we can continue to reap the full benefit of the On Suite of products.

This is an absolute necessity for counter signing a contract.  I'm surprised there is no way to do this in onBoard.

Just finishing my first year in On products and am shocked that there's no way to download contracts in bulk.  Both of the other enrollment systems I've used have this feature.  You end up with a folder containing a file for each student by name.

I need to save these electronically - and need a way to save in bulk. Infosnap has the ability to do that with a few short commands.

Our Business Office is reluctant to invest in any more Blackbaud products if we cannot get a bulk print option for contracts.

Printing contracts is an absolute necessity.  With an enrollment of over 800 printing contracts one at a time is extremely time consuming.  Please consider this request and expedite.
