Set Checklist default to expanded in Parent view

We would like the option of an expand all button, or the option to set all items expanded as the default.

    It would be great to be able to toggle this- right now, there is no way to indicate which "gate" people have gone through. For instance- there are some items that only need to be completed once a decision is made, and we have people doing those steps when it doesn't apply to them.
