Removing a Hold on a Contract

We would like the de-selecting of Hold to automatically remove the Hold Type as well which removes the hold from the user.

    Yes, the hold on/off button and the reasons should work together. Now if you uncheck the box but don't remove the reason, the contract is still on hold so you have to be careful.
