Ability to hide Last Year Attended & Last Grade Attended fields

I would like to have the ability to hide the fields "Last Year Attended" and "Last Grade Attended" in the School & Testing block.

    We are a daycare and while it is great to capture the information regarding a transferring student, it could be frustrating for incoming parents whose student has never attended a school before and they are required to fill out these fields.
