Additional Filters for "Reconcile Fees" Sort Order

In onBoard > Process > Reconcile Fees, I would like for the fees to be sorted by date. I would also like the ability to sort the Waived/Handled and Waived fees by date.

    Ok please allow sorting to be done on payments

    All fields should be sort-able, giving us the ability to handle and unhandle items by date, rather than trying to find information in a long list.

    sort by date, or name, or transaction number, or something!
