Add Parent First Name, Student | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Add Parent First Name, Student Nickname and Student First Name placeholders to Re-Enrollment notifications

I would like to address a candidate/student by their nickname in the re-enrollment notifications so they are asking for a student nickname placeholder. I'd would also like to have the option to use 2 additional placeholders that aren't currently supported - student first name and parent first name.
