Add "Latino/Hispanic" to the application
When editing a profile in core there is an option for "Is Latino/Hispanic" but we can't currently add this on the application form. Please add this and have it tied to the same field.

Though not currently available on the online Application it is definitely on our radar to add as an improvement and we'll most likely tackle both at the same time.
