Would like an either/or clause to be written for the School Name field and the School Name Other field in the application Merged

We would like to make the School Name field and School Name Other field an either/or requirement. When both are showing as required this can be confusing. It would be helpful if one selection would enable the other section to disappear once it is selected or filled out.
