We have some payment plans that are only available to certain demographics- for instance, a “Payroll Deduction- Faculty/Staff Only” option.

Many parent unfortunately do not read the contract as thoroughly as we would prefer, and still select plans that aren’t available to them. We deal with this on a case-by-case basis, as it would be too cumbersome to maintain a whole separate contract because of that one issue.

If we could have the option to limit which plans were seen based on roles (and as an aside, have a way to tag students as having faculty/staff parents) that would be a great help and reduce the number of contracts that have to be maintained.
