Ability to generate a report showing Inquiries for specific time lengths and class levels

We request the ability to pull a report that drills down to the number of inquiries per day, per month and per year for grades 9-12. Currently the best report for our needs is the YTD Inquiries report which shows inquiries by Inquiry Date and can be exported into an excel spreadsheet for calculating the amount of inquiries received per month, date, or year. But we want to be able to select this within the software.

    Great idea.  I'm confused about why the YTD Inquiries report says Admission Year 01/01/2015 - 12/31/2015 on it.  The only relevant time frame for the year is Entering Year.  Inquiries for that year can come in before January 1st and after December 31st.  But to be able to calculate the amount of inquiries received for a specific entering year per month, date, or year is a great idea.
