On the contract, we would like to be able to add a line item that acknowledges any deposit paid and calculates the tuition reduction caused by that deposit. Right now we are getting over-payments that we have to manage because the tuition field does not change in the contract once a deposit amount is paid. We want the contract to be able to calculate tuition and deposit amount and show the difference so that parents do not over pay.
