Allow Parental Access to Copies of Submitted Contracts

Once a contract has been signed and submitted by a parent, we would like that parent to be able to access a copy of the contract in their child's student record.

    Can you delete contracts that were not used  off the student record? Perhaps they need an "active" flag on the individual student contact?

    Parents can access contracts through the "Files and Forms" section of their profile if the contracts are listed as "active." However, this creates issues on the back end- I've had to create many contracts as we refine them, and searching through all these outdated active contracts every time I go to work with current ones is tedious.
