Admission official notes: placeholder options for parents, not just students

I would like the placeholder options for the parents and not just the students. I'd like informal options like Dear John and Melissa using a placeholder for the "John and Melissa" portion.

    I also would like to have parent names available as a place holder. It's especially challenging when writing an official note to both student and parent. one can personalize the salutation of the student but not the parent. Consequently, it becomes 'and parent' or 'parent of name of student'. Not very professional

    I'd also ask that you include a parent/guardian username placeholder as well. Only the student's username is available for autofill.
