Automatically Add Contract Date Sent

We would like the contract sent date to automatically populate in the Contracts tab in the candidate record after we send the contract to parents. This is helpful to us to know when the contract was sent so we do not have to manually enter the date.

    Yes, please, and include the Publish date since if we have a contract on hold, we need to know what day we actually published it to the family so leaving all blank is not helpful. Very time consuming to access each contract to add these dates.

    YES! Please add some sort of automated date recording in the system for when a contract is added to a student. The system should be able to at least capture when the generate button is clicked.
