Ability to Filter by Fee Names in Lists

I would like the ability to filter by fee names instead of just by fee amounts. We have a Meal Plan option in our Contracts and want to be able to make a list of those who select that option, but because there is no fee amount (it is always $0), it is not pulling properly.

    What we would really like, is to show whether someone has selected the option. You can select a check mark, indicating you would like a meal plan. I want to be able to filter by who has selected that option.
